Additional Delivery T&Cs
The above timelines are applicable once payment reflects in our bank account, and only once ALL items are in stock should your order contain ON REQUEST / PREORDER / BACKORDER products.
Please refer to the below for an estimate timeline for delivery once your package is in transit:
- 1 - 2 working days within Gauteng.
- 1 - 3 working days to Durban, Cape Town and other main cities.
- 3 - 7 working days to Rural Areas.
Once payment is received for your order and your package is in transit, you will be provided with the tracking number for your package. You can track your package via the links provided above with the courier names.
Kindly send your proof of payment to payments@ai-fest.co.za so we can track your payment, please ensure your EFT Reference at least contains your order number so that there is no unnecessary delays caused.
ON REQUEST Orders
Should your order contain any products marked as ON REQUEST please allow us 5 - 10 Working Days to obtain your products from our suppliers. ON REQUEST items are only ordered from our supplier once your payment reflects in our bank account, and thereafter it will take 5 - 10 working days for us to receive it in stock from the supplier. Only once your order is dispatched from us will the above delivery timelines apply (when you receive your tracking number).
Just as an indication, we place our orders with suppliers on a Monday morning. If we receive your ON REQUEST order before 10AM on a Monday, the order will be included for that week's order. We should receive that order in stock either on a Thursday or Friday afternoon, we will try our best to dispatch it immediately, provided that it is not past midday on Friday which is too late to notify the courier to collect for that afternoon. If your order is not dispatched by Friday, it will be dispatched first thing on the Monday morning.
PREORDERS
Any PREORDERS placed with A.I. are only secured once 50% payment has been received, and reflects in our bank account. Payments for PREORDERS must be made within 7 working days of the date of the invoice. Unpaid orders will be cancelled by A.I..
All pricing subject to change without notice closer to the release date. E&OE. When placing your PREORDER with A.I., a representative will confirm pricing closer to the release date of the product. Should there be a price change, your order will be updated accordingly, so that the change reflects on your invoice, and you will be notified of this change, and any difference in price will be refunded / paid in by you before the product is released for delivery / collection.

BACKORDERS
BACKORDERS will be treated in the same manner as Preorders, please refer to the Preorders section above. Where there is mention of release dates, this will refer to the product ETA.
PUDO Locker
Strictly only Locker-to-Locker service will be used for this delivery option. If you require to-door delivery, please select The Courier Guy during checkout.
Please ensure you provide your chosen nearest PUDO Locker address in full as your Delivery Address during checkout to avoid any delays with your order. You can search for your nearest locker here.
Once your parcel has reached the locker of your choice, you will receive an SMS with a code to unlock and retrieve your package. You will have 36 hours to pick up your parcel from the time of arrival at the chosen locker. If your tracking shows that your parcel is "in locker" but you have not received your SMS code, please contact either PUDO or ourselves so we can assist.
If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest pudo Kiosk or Depot. You will then have to contact PUDO to enquire which Kiosk or Depot your parcel went to so you can collect from that location. If you wish to resend your parcel back to your chosen locker, it will be at your expense.
